Hello darlin!!

It's actually been HOT the last couple of days, don't like it because in the morning when I commute to work I'm FREEZING and then when I leave I'm boiling, but I guess that is when layers come in handly!!

Kudos on losing again.  I have no help in the D department because everything costs money, but just for now get outside as much as possible.

Yeah I LOVE LA and our weather, but it does confuse me.  It's like 100 degrees today, but like 50 yesterday morning...oh well what can I do.

About your surgery just focus on eating your protein etc.  I can't imagine the difficulty in that while being bipolar but all you can do is what you can do ya know!!

Glad you have access talk to you soon!

as for the Vita D if you can't get the Rx it not a every day thing you only have to take it 1 pill every week for twelve weeks it is 50,000 iu  of Vita D as the everyday vita D is only 1000 iu so I think you should get the Rx

I'm doing great now I just got my date for surgery.  after you finish the Rx start taking vita d supplement a long with your other vita's to keep your levels up to pair.  also you need to get out in the sun with out any sun block for about 30 minutes a day

I had the same issues as you along with my iron was also low.

I hope thing get better for you and it has been nice out here a few hot day .

I know how you feel I drive all over the states and don't miss the snow and the cold
