Hi Peeps..

Most of you probably don't know unless your on my facebook that I moved to Tulsa, OK for a 6 month contract job.  I am starting week 3 of work now and doing well but I need to get more exercise in.  They don't have 24 hr fitness in Oklahoma which bites it since I've been a member there for years.  I just bought a groupon for 2 months of unlimited jazzercise classes so that might be fun :)

Anyways, I have run out of my multi-vitamins that I usually bought from my doctors office.

I would like suggestions from you all as to which ones you like.  I don't like the taste of the ones from my dr's office so I'm looking for something new and not horribly expensive.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks!!!

Jackie

 Hey Sweetie,

I buy my stuff from Walgreens.  All supplements.

For multi-vitamins I buy the Womens Centrum Ultra.

All of my blood work is normal with no problems.  The multi-vitamin is large, but I have no problem swallowing it.  If you have a problem with swallowing, you may want to stick with chew ables.  When I fist had surgery I used the Flinstones kids chew ables.  I am a big girl now and have graduated to Womens.

LOL

Love and miss you.

I use Centrum. Except I use the store brand version because it has the same ingredients but is cheaper.

I buy the Centrum Chewables and most of my vitamins from either WalMart or Costco, reasonable and convenient.

Hi Jackie,

So how's it going in OK?  I take the Nature's made, mulit. I always had problems with vitamins making me nauseated, and that was even before surgery. These ones are actually good, they don't bother me much.  They are pretty reasonable in price too, and they aren't to big. Hope this helps.

Hi Jackie~
How're things in OK? Never been there but my daughter has and she told me about the first tornado she experienced... I think I'll stay here in CA with the earthquakes... LOL. As for the vitamins, I take the same ones Barb spoke of, Centrum chewables. They're not bad tasting at all, they're orangy flavored. I get mine at Wal-Mart and they are pretty reasonable.
Well.... I hope you make it back to CA soon! Keep us posted.
