Hi Everyone,
how is everyone doing in cali .. i so miss it ,im here still in tn , but i have good news to share im losing the weight i gained, i guess my tool is still working even after all the weight i gained. i was like 220 and now i am back down to 186 as of this morning. im so excited, i want to lose more, i would love to get to 130 but people tell me thats to little to weigh that 140 is good. i dont know what do you all think , im 5 feet tall ..hope everyone is well. i so want to come back , do we still have toms farm and stuff like that going on. i loved that . anyways, take care and have a happy day. .
