Update on Annette

Hello,

Annette got through her surgery last night after having to wait until 5:30pm, she said it went well but has a lot of pain. Here is what she posted on facebook and texted me very similar.. keep the prayers up for the pain to go away and a smooth recovery!!

"After being told 3 different surgery times, surgery was finally done @5:30 pm. All went well. Demerol pump for pain : ) and God knows I need it, but my BP has dropped to 94/58 because of it. Scolded by nurse, but I really hurt damn it.

ok, time for sleep, my butt is numb from hospital beds."

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

Here is the latest from this morning:

"It is 8:30 am. Have not eaten since Monday dinner. No food today, just clear liquids. Not sure when that will get here. Massive headache, & mucho, mucho pain at the incision. They will not let me out of bed as well to go for a walk - arghhh. Looking forward to my daughter visiting so that she can rub my back and comb my hair."

She is in a lot of pain... but she was just served her Jello and broth and is taking pain meds.. hopefully she can get some rest today.

"Am able to get out of bed to go walk the halls now. Woo Hoo - 2 down so far, so this also means no more bed pan and this is heaven.

Nap time, no time or energy for farming. Talk with you all soon. Thank you for your well wishes and words of encouragement."

Keep the positive thoughts coming for her, she's a healin :) Yay!!
