Options class tomorrow!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!! Good for you Kandis, I am so happy for you!!!! Today was my last options class. I really enjoyed the classes and I have managed to lose 15.5 pounds in the classes. Now I am off to lab work and Surgery clearance appt this week....Keep me posted...I am so happy for you and it will go by so fast for you.

Congratulations Kandis on landing the OPTIONS class! I really enjoyed my class and have only 3 more weeks left to go. I have learned alot and am sad to see it end.  I am at the Kaiser CARSON and will have surgery at Harbor City with Dr. Zane. 

What is the wait time in your area?  I know at Harbor City, the wait time is around 4-6 months but they are hiring a new surgeon to help move up the schedule, so it will probably be sooner.

YAAAAA!!!!!!  It's about darn time!  LOL.  I have very happy for you, this is the next step in your journey to becoming a healthier you. 

YaY so glad your finally starting your classes!  Enjoy them, they are a wealth of information.   You will be done in no time.  

Thanks for all the well wishes. The class seemed very informational and lots of logging to do as far as the food and exercise. We were told today that the only place we could go to for surgery was Pac Bar in SD. But, fortunatley Kaiser is contracting with a local hospital so by the time I get done with my classes, I can just drive to town and get it done close to my home. Yay! Happy days are here!

You are going to really be amazed how informative they are and I have to admit I never enjoyed the food journaling but it is a eye opener especially to get a significant amount of protein in your diet.
