Hi Everyone and Thank you
I want to thank everyone for the warm wishing and prayers for me during my surgery. I exspecially like to thank my Angel Jean in the IE for being here for me. Answering any questions I had and reporting my status, since my computer is broke right now.
I am doing great, just went to the gym today for the first time since surgery. I am following the program and have already lost 17 pounds. Hopefully by the end of the week, I will be able to eat some foods, instead of just broth, jello, etc. I need a variety of healthy foods.
Any way I am planning on being at our next outing. So count me in.
Thanks again
Ann

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they
ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

Oh Ann, I am so happy to see you. I have been thinking about you every day and wondering what was up with you. I knew it would only be good news and there you are with all this good news of how great you are doing. To be honest, I expected nothing less from you.
Next outing is the 30th. Big Bear for Octoberfest. See how you are feeling and if well enough, come on up and join us. Mike posted about it, but he'll post again this week or next.
Can't wait to see you and how fabulous you are beginning to look. 17 pounds...AMAZING. So proud of you. The jello will be over soon enough. I know how tough it is. Just hang in there. Remember to get some of the better soups and strain the stuff in it and have that broth. It is MUCH MUCH better.
See you soon.
