Tom's Farms and Dilemma

Ok, the Tom's Farm planning is under way. The date will be November 21st, from 10am - 2pm, or whenever everyone decides to leave...lol My dilemma is, I need someone to take over the planning of the event. I am set to have surgery on my mouth on November 5th. I am hoping to be able to attend, but it depends on how much pain I'm in and what drugs they give me for it. I will be on a non-chew diet for 6 weeks. Nice way to get rid of the carb monster and kick up the weightloss. If you are interested, let me know. I will get as much done before surgery.
