Good Morning and Welcome to the Weekend.....

I hope you all have some great plans to enjoy the weekend. I am working so that is the high and low of my weekend.

Update on DD. They found that she has some clots in her lungs, and moved her to ICU. They also put her on a bypass mask. (its alot like a C-pap) They are trying to build up her lungs. When they take her off the mask, her O2 level drop to very scary levels. They are saying its doing that because of the clots. I sure hope that is right and that they get that under control soon.  All of this happend on Thursday. I spent 5 hours with her, I left only because they where taking her down so some test, and once that test of done, they took her right to ICU, and never told the family any thing. We found out when my other sister went to see her. Them dorks!!!

Anyway, that is my life.....long and short.
I wish I could go back to bed and sleep for a few more hours, Me is sleepy.

Lu, I am keeping DD and your family in good thought and prayers that she will get better soon and enjoy good health again soon.

This weekend is Apple Hill, so I'm up and at 'em early and so excited to see everyone and have a blast.  The Mom's are excited and Ron and I are looking forward to getting away too.

Thoughts and prayers for you and the family.  Especially DD.  Hope all turns out well and she recovers quickly to get back home.  Do try and take some time for yourself to rest.

As for my weekend, I am heading out to Newport Beach today.  Hubby got us a room at the Marriott for my Birthday along w/shopping at Fashion Island.  In the 30 years I have been in CA I have never been to NPB or FI -

Hope all is well with DD soon.  As for us this weekend, I plan to not leave the house except to go play in the yard.  I really just want to chill.  Allergies were kicking my butt all week so I just want to chill with my baby girl and have fun.

Lu, I hope that DD gets to feeling better soon. Blood clots in the lungs is a very scary thing. Let me know if I can do anything for y'all.

Today is the north cal trip to Apple Hill. Wish I could of gone, but the cash flow is kinda on the low side here. There is always next year. Not sure what I'm going to do. I could clean the house, but that doesn't sound like fun. I do need to hit the grocery store so I can eat this week. Not much else going on around here. I'm just enjoying my days off from work. I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend.
