My journey (2 years later)

In October of 2008 I decided I needed to do something about my weight when my PCP wanted to put me on insulin.  I thought that Kaiser would not consider me because I was a lightweight.  But, because of my diabetes I could go through their program.  I was a model student for the program and lost my 10% and had surgery in 6 months.  Five months out of surgery I hit my goal and at 10 months I has PS.  I am loving life and my ability to keep up with my daughter who is four.  Just had to share how happy I have been with my decision and how my life has been rejuvenated!!

You know I had that same red shirt at one time. Is it Lane Bryant? I can't remember if that is where I got mine! I did not hold on to any of my old clothes.

I am SOOOOO proud of you and you are an incredible inspiration to all of us.  You look fantastic and just glow with happiness and confidence each time I see you.  Congratulations my friend on all of your accomplishments!  Give Ms. V a huge hug from her friend Barb and we're sure gonna miss you this weekend, it just won't be the same without you!  Give my best to Rick too.

Hey Hey Hey!  As usual, a day late and a dime short..but just had to catch up with the rest and say Congratulations!  You certainly are a great example of how this tool works when used properly.   If you're like me, you wonder where the time went...how life has changed for the better and how supporting others on this journey is our 'reward'.  Soooooo proud of You!!
