Apple Picking, shopping, and wandering around..

So we were able to come up with a date and time..... Saturday, October 16th, @ 9:00 a.m. @ Apple Annie's for a light breakfast/brunch/munchies... and then we can head out for apple picking while some stay and shop, or visit the petting zoo or watch one of the live "Western Days" productions.

I hope to see you there... the next event after this is starting to look like a November walk in Palm Springs and The Newport Beach Boat Parade the week before Christmas after that... so stay tuned!

Well as you know, I wont be there, but I will be thinking of you all having a blasted, and eating way to much apples. I will be in Long Beach, getting ready to run my half marathon. I wish I could be with you all cause I know you all will be having tons of fun, and I am going to miss it all.

IF you have never been to Oak Glen, you should go. Its great family fun. Take your kids and let them wear themself out.

But I will be for the Octorberfest on the 30th. (I think that was the date that Steve came up with)

Wow... I spaced big time in a short period of time...

We plan to be there but 9am.  You want me to have a crancky lil girl on my hands.  I was looking at the website for the oak tree village and it looks really nice.  Didn't see anything about the western day productions though will have to take another gander.

Get there when you can.  I'll send you my cell phone number in an email and when you get up there you can call and see where we all are.  I probably won't go to the actual apple picking because my stupid back probably won't tolerate that, so I'll be around Apple Annies.  As for the shows, it varies from week to week as to what exactly is going on up there, so it's really anyones guess.  But as I told you, there is a petting zoo among other attractions so you'll find plenty to wander around and see. There is a farm stand called Mom's down the road and I love going into there to buy apples and various jarred fruits and salsa's. I'm going to post an exact address for Apple Annie's so anyone who wants to come can google it and join us.  See you soon.
