so.. coffee, apples, and "Octoberfest".. thoughts?
Hi,
So I am still pushing a low cost or free day out for the whole family, that is apple picking and wandering around Oak Glen in the hills behind Yuccipa and just a bit outside of San Bernardino... That is the second or third weekend in October.. but I guess that is not picking up a lot of interest so how about another idea.
Octoberfest is getting moving and I thought this was still outdoors, you don't have to spend money, you can bring the entire family and it is a short drive from the Inland Empire... having said that I will be happy to give details on Saturday... tomorrow... at the coffee in Redlands... 10:00 a.m.
So here is the thought... lets go out... get off the damn computers and visit with each other... get some air, some exercise, and at least some nice foods.. what do you say?
Why not drop me a note saying you have an interest... we can get something together... it will be fun.
So I like both ideas. Where were you thinking Octoberfest? Lake Arrowhead? Big Bear? Downtown San Bernaghetto? Just curious. I'll go wherever you plan. I always obey your commands. OK, now THAT is funny. You have to give me this one. FUNNY.
Would someone out there please join us for coffee, apples or german beer. Mikey and I need other people to talk to. We're boring each other. But he's just so cute I force myself to stay awake. LOL
It was for October fest in Big Bear, but Arrowhead has a nice one but the idea was to get out and move around and see things so I was more aimed towards Big Bear.
Having said that... really?!?! Can't anyone come out to coffee... can you imagine if it is just her and I? There are laws against that many bad jokes in one area... it is a polution law I think.. or maybe just a decency thing... so come on out... if not for coffee, for the sheer enjoyment we offer... (Reaching?!?!)
We are all set for October 16th, @ 9:00 a.m. at Apple Annie's in Oak Glen for a day of eating, wandering, shopping, apple picking, and just getting out and about... I look forward to seeing you all again in just a couple of weeks.
