I bought this and have used it by mixing it in greek yogurt with a little splenda and vanilla extract and a few blueberries.

Or I make a banana smoothie.
It has 25g for 105 calories and was the cheapest unflavored, high quality protein I could find with the  high ratio of protein to calories.
It mixes well and is tasteless.  I've put in soups too.

I also buy canned corn beef hash and add egg whites (very high protein per serv)
and LOVE wendy's chili (add protein powder to it too)
