Today is the day we step and be accountable, even if its to ourself. You know the rules, NO JUDGEMENT!!! You can tell any way you like... " pants fall off in the store, they are two big" or Dang, some thing happened to my pants in the dry, it must of been on to hot" What ever works for you..

Eileen.......that neat that you got to hang with your "Boy" even if it for coffee, time together is time together, Have fun at work, 3 days in a role. SUCK !!!

Step.......I look up the Grand Canyon last night. Ouch! WOW!! but let keep looking, I think it would be. We well set a new date for dinner, unless your plan change. Then its on. I think DD is gone that weekend, so if you can't make it I can take a shower and sleep. LOL

Mommy........Sounds like you done more in your morning then I did all day. I did help DD cook, she can't stand that long and the heat of the kitchen makes her sick.  What did you do for dinner?

Elizabeth.....dinner was great. We cooked over 3 dozen taco's and beans and rice. There was so much food we sent stuff home and I call the lady accross the street to come and get some and let her pack a lunch for work. Dont call it shopping when you talk to DH, just call personal time. OR per chrismas shopping...

Today is the grand openning the new khols in town so I am up early to go. But my tum tum is not happy and I might go back to get and try for later. Even the coffee is not making my tum tum smile. Dang it! Then I have 3 classes for work today, and then SLEEP... I hope.

Lu, your taco making sounded wonderful!!! Yummy too.  Thanks for your kind comments about the cake too yesterday.

Today I have another day of code building to do for our new payroll/hr system.  We've hit a few speed bumps but we'll be pushing ahead and it will get done.

I am so happy to have a night home tonight.  We had CERT training last night and the topic was fire safety so we put fires out.  Small controlled fires with fire extinguishers and lots of firefighters nearby.

Good morning Lu and the rest of Cali,

Just a quick hello from me this morning.  I have a couple of projects I have to get finished up here.

Nothing special for me today.  Just another day of work.  I stayed up too late last night and I'm so tired this morning.  Think I better get myself an industrial size cup of coffee.  Maybe I should just insert a needle and "main line" the caffeine.  LOL

Lu, maybe we can take a look at a train ride along the coast.  Maybe down to San Diego.  Just a thought of something else to look at.

As for the 17th, I will try to pin down my sister and let you know.  We can talk about it on Saturday at coffee.  You are still coming aren't you?

Good morning Cali and Lu,

Today is a coast day one more day and the year is ended for me (fiscal year that is).  So I am getting working on my new plans for our next year, looks like I will be back in napa in October.  Oh well, it is really nice in October there.  At least Halloween is on a weekend so I do not have to worry about missing it with Ms V.  I have only been home once for Halloween since she has been born!  We always make it work out though.

Today is a free day. My friend Tillie and I are going to see the movie You again. It looks really cute. I may run to Khols and get a new pillow. I have a $10 off entire purchase price coupon. Must be because Lu has a new Khols. I think I will get a memory foam pillow.

Lu, sounds like you had a wonderful dinner.

Steph, can you come and cook for me too. I will only take you about 5 hours to get here! LOL

Barb, I will call you if I have a fire. You can get here in 2 hours.

Delores, I am so glad you get to have Halloween with Ms. V. What is she going to be for Halloween? My grandson is going to be Buz Lightyear. Lisa looked for a Jessie costume for Devan but could not find one in her size.

Ms V is going to be pocahantas for school and a Mexican dancer for Halloween night.   I always need two costumes for her (at school she really gets messed up at the party).  Last year she was a spider for school and snow white for Halloween.

I remember wearing our costumes at school and we had a parade around the play ground and I would always rip  my costume. It was still fun! I know Ms V will have a great time!

As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for Elizabeth.  5 hours is nothing.  Just tell me what you want me to cook and I'll be there.  I love road trips.  Just ask Lu. 

Road Trip??? Road Trip??? Did someone say road trip. I am packing now. Where we going?? Ohhh shoot who cares where jus the going that us FUN!!!!!

And thank goodness for your jeep.  My poor little Explorer is so not feeling well and no one can figure out what is wrong with the poor thing.  And now that I'm putting on nearly 100 miles a day to and from work, ugh, is all I can muster.

So a road trip in your jeep sounds divine.  But it will have to wait a little.  No time at the moment.
