A bit of advice: Ask for an abdominal binder when you get out of surgery, pass gas before you leave the hospital and walk, walk, walk - sip, sip, sip. take it easy and finally sit down, buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life. Scooting over on the loser's bench!!
