Hello everyone...
How I have missed being on here getting everyone's advice and wisdom. Well, I am finally doing good. Had a real problem with gas after surgery, I was never in so much pain but doing good now. To make a long story short, Dr. Koura could not perform the RNY because I had "way too much scar tissue." He said it was the Gastric Sleeve or nothing. I must admit I was not happy but prior to surgery I told him to do whichever one he felt was best for me but RNY was my first choice. I saw him this morning and told me all went well and he sees only success for me, so we shall see.
I hope the luncheon went well, I thought of everyone having fun at the luncheon, wish I could have been there.

Hope to be chatting with everyone soon...
Marie

People have great success with the Gastric Sleeve too. I am glad all is done and you can start your journey. Good Luck and keep us posted.
