Good Morning One and ALL.........

Today is D day for DD and I. Today is her SSI hearing. Almost two years after the fight started. The sad thing is, we will not know what the Judge says for another 30 or so days. UGH!!! If can take that long for the ruleing. OR longer!!! WTF?  Any way, after today, its over. We fought the fight, and done our best.

I would like to know why some people think they are above the law. I we need to throw the book at them that are in the lime light and stop putting on the "Kit Gloves" for them. So many young people look up to them. Last night in the news, there a 14 year girl that OD on cocain and in her Diary she talked about Lindsay Lohan and how she and Pairs Hilton done drug and drink, so it much be ok.  They are on the news all the time, so much can it be agaist the law. The mom and dad, are going to sue EVERYONE! Judges, jails and both the girls. They have received a letter or something from someone, saying how sorry they are the loss of son. The mother FLIPPED when she read that part of the letter. They didn't even take the time to read her heart felt letter sent to the them. I know that sueing will not bring there baby back, but maybe it will bring the kit gloves off.

Also in the news, they are talking about the food trucks and how they are need to have a letter grade, like any other food place. I think if the state steps in, that will make then bad. Leave them alone. They are not broken, don't try and fix them.

I understand how you feel. This latest arrest for Paris Hilton on cocaine and all she got was probation! After she has been arrested so many times. Lindsay Lohan has failed another drug test. You  know these people say they don't want to be role models but they are if they want to or not. It is time they put on their big girl panties and act like adults.

I hope the hearing goes good for DD and that the judge will give his decision sooner rather than later.

Today I have the grandkids until 11:00 and then I go get a mani/pedi. We have some friends coming over for dinner. They live near Morrow Bay. It will be so good to see them. I have to get my clothes ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow is my commercial day. I hope it goes well. I am getting a little bit nervous. Yesterday I went to a new person to have my face waxed. She is also doing my makeup tomorrow. It turns out that I knew her. I used to work with her father. He retired a few years before I did. When I saw her she looked familiar. Well she did not recognize me until I showed her my before picture. I took it because I had explained to her I had lost 113 lbs. It was so funny.

Good morning Cali and Lu,

hope DD's hearing goes well, SSI can take several appeals.

Well we made it home from Mexico, we had a great vacation.  Now it is back on the road for work.  I was home a whole day!!  At least it is only San Diego for the week, things could be worse.  Ms V loved vacation and did not want to go back to school yesterday!  I guess 2 weeks off could do that to anyone!!

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,

Lu, I hope all goes well for DD and will keep you in thoughts and prayers.  I am back to work today.  Ron and I will have our first CERT class tonight.  CERT is a federal program to train citizens to be emergency responders for disasters. It's free training that lasts 6 weeks.  We're sort of excited to learn how to help the community should the need ever arise.

I have tomorrow off and we will go pick up my step Mom who will stay the weekend as we will all go to the wedding together.  That should be fun and my cake responsibility will be done.

Well time to get up and move, get the shower done and get to work, I'm sure I have LOTS to do.

Lu, I home DD hearing goes well my fingers are crossed and a prayer will be said! I wish people who need ssi/ssa didnt have such a hard time, its the people who dont need it who get it, its super annoying but thats a sore subject for me anyway :-)

Today hubby and I have to go out of town to GNC because our local GNC no longer carries the 50 gram slam things the DR wants him to drink, they ordered me a case earlier in the month and it never came go figure, At least it will be something to do, hubbys lost 60 pounds now and has more energy than ever! Its almost annoying, LOL Ive lost 84 and still dont have that much energy!!! Time to get some though I think im going to start painting next week ,If we get the paint today. LOL
