Hello California...Calling OOT/State Dr. Keshishian peeps

I am hoping and praying to have revision with Dr. Keshishian.  I am attempting to try to find out the cost for hotel, if I need rental car or if there is transportation, etc.  Anyone and everyone welcome with suggestions and prices.  I am hoping before the end of the year for surgery all depends on if insurance cooperates or not. 
Need to know if I am going to need to get a second job to pay for expenses while out there or if what I have set aside will cover.  Thanks to every in advance.
