Good Morning People...

Today is Saterday, and the Inland Empire Heart Walk. I can't wait to join the walk with DD walk next me.  She is a bit worried about walking the whole mile, but I told her, just  try you best, walk as far as you can and well sit down and rest. After the walk, I am sure DD will come home and rest. I plan on that also. Yesterday, staffing called at 4 for me to come in ASAP. So I was there  at 530 and helped the night time clerk clean up the mess with the two of us working together got the unit cleaned up so I had a clean start for me shift. I was not suprized when staffing called. Chareleen called me the night before and told me what a mess the unit was and if she did not get it cleaned up she was going to have them call me in early. So I was laying in bed waiting for the call.

This coming tuesday is DD SSI hearing. I hope this is over soon and she gets an income and I can stop working the over time. Its killing me. It can take up to two months after the hearing to get a ruling so it wont be over yet, but we are so much closer. The SSI doctor that she had to go and see say in his note, that he sent to us, that DD is disable, and will not be able to work intill ALL her medical problem are taken care of and he says that thay could take years of surgery and recover. And only if she is stable enough to have any surgerys, which she is not at this time. As bad as all that sounds, it sounds good also. Don't you think?

Well I guess I should get some coffee in me. Or I will be sleeping when DD is trying to walk the IE Heart walk. LOL...

Good morning Lu and all of Cali,

What a busy week, but the weekend is finally here.  Hooray.  Good luck today Lu.  I'm sure DD will do fine.  With everything physically that is going on with her, she is a survivor and a fighter.  She will do that mile, no matter how long it takes her.  I'll head on over to the page in a minute and contribute something.

Nothing big planned here for the weekend.  I did finish the tax return I needed to get done on Wednesday but now there is a personal return I have to get done.  I have a month until the deadline for that, so I have some breathing room.  But there is business records I have to consolidate and check and correct before I can start the personal return.  I'll probably work on it a bit this morning while Mike is out working on his motocycle. Or I could just go back to sleep.  I need sleep.  I was just so exhausted yesterday I could barely keep my eyes open all day.  I didn't think 4:30 would ever come.  I was busy at work all day and that usually makes the day go fast, but I think because I was so tired it just seemed like the day just dragged on.

So all you IE people and anyone else who wants to join, be sure to see Mike's post down the page for coffee next month.  I have been so busy, he decided he wasn't going to wait for me to put something together.  Good man.  So defintely try to join us cause we are going to plan a day up in Oak Glen for some apple good times.

OK, think I'll go back to sleep.  Looks like the sun is finally rising.  That must be my que to sleep again.  Hope everyone has a great day.  Enjoy your weekend.

Today I am going to Tracy and will be bowling backwards. My Red Hat group is going. They tell me it is really fun.

Best of luck to you and DD for your walk today, I am sure you'll both do fantastic.

Today bring the Nor Cal Loser's Luncheon at noon and a chance to see everyone for great friendship and support.  I so love our luncheons and the wonderful folks who come!!!  We have so much fun together.

Tonight our friend Steve comes over for dinner and dominoes which should be great.

Tomorrow Ron's sister and Brother-in-law arrive from Canada for a week, so I am looking forward to our Christmas in Sept. with them.

This is day 2 of 4 days off so I am feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.  Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Good Morning All,

Not much planned for the weekend. Just the North Cal lunch in a few hours. It will be great to see everyone, and catch up. Looks like it is going to be a nice cool weekend. I even heard we could get rain tomorrow. I'm so excited. It has been to long since we've had rain. I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend
