Yeah!  So excited you hear.  I think you have to keep on them but you can do it nice as you did.  You will get results.

See you Sat.

Hugs,

I agree on the 'Kill Her With Kindness" aspect to Nancy. She is a rules girl and really really likes to follow the rules.
I also call BS on the year thing. That's not true at all! It all depends on how long it takes you to get to your goal weight.

Dr. Hahn just needs to sign off on your file and hand it over to Nancy. I called her myself and left a super sweet message on her machine and she called me back that day with a date. LUCK to you!!!

Nancy is all about rules however, when I called to remind her that I am at my one year and have yet to receive a call for my appointment or labs from her she flat out told me that those who are proactive in their health will be taken seriously and acommodated.    They were behind by 3 months but I was told exactly when to call to get pushed in quickly.

In other words she was telling me not to wait until someone calls you to get what you know you need. (surgery or an appointment)
Keep calling and remind Ms Nancy that you risk losing your insurance and it's imperative that you don't lose it prior to your surgery/follow ups.  When she says to dr. Hahn "it's that Kristen again"  He will get you approved and in the schedule.

Keep it up!

I just want to say how much I love reading the post and encourgment you all have.  Im going through Richomnd so I have no clue how Fremont works, but I have no doubt that if you kill them with kindness and let them know of your situation they will help you get through the surgery and post op visits before your insurance is gone.

God Bless and will be praying for you.

Thank you all for your insite. I know about following rules, actually in my former non profit job, I was pretty much a sticker for certain specific rules, so I can understand.

My next step will be a real nice message to Nancy with a sweet reminder about my specific situtation...

She is a very busy person and I have met her and like her very much.. I will be very happy when I am on the other side of this .

I am trusting God and the system that this will all happen very soon, and I will be covered for the whole year!!
