So today is Wackey Weigh In Wednesday.....I am sure you know the idea behind this by now. Its time to step up and be counted.

I will start...I am up 3 pounds since the last time I wieghed in which is like 3 weeks ago. Or even longer...I have been to lazy to get new batters but DD reminded me about them on Monday so I stepped up tday., and which I had not. Oh well...

Next???

Today  Ia m off to work, but dang I do not feel great. My throat is sore and its hurts to swallow. I had better not be getting sick, I will not be happy I promise you that. I have the next two days off, now is not the time to get sick. LOL


I have not had time to read yesterday, so no shout out, Sorry.

I wish you all a hump day. Smile and spread your love. If you can beat them, Lick em....Its tend to shock them. Just ask Steph. I still laugh when I think about ...I think it shocked us both......Very long time ago. Do you remember that Step.

As for WWW, I'm still at the same spot.  No loss, no gain.

Wow Lu, funny you should mention having a sore throat, me too!  I wasn't too sure if it was allergies or what cuz I haven't beeen sick since before having surgery.  I don't have time for it :-)

Thank goodnes for Wednesday, so glad it's here.  How is it that 4 day weeks can drag on and feel like 8 day weeks?  LOL

Good morning Lu and Cali,

I am still the same, which is fine with me.  Saw some friends who have not seen me since surgery and they were amazed.  They asked DH if got a "new" wife!!

One more day of work and I am out of here!! 10 days in Mexico and boy do I need it.  These last two days are so full I can hardly function.  Plus I have Ms V home and have to keep her entertained while I work.  Thank god she has lots of toys and games!!

Same for me this week. Which is all good.

Two more days of work and then off for the weekend with my hubby and boy. We are going to sea world, for the boys birthday.

Oh Lu, do I remember.  Hell it's a shrine on my face.  We have done some very silly stuff over the years I must admit.  I'm amazed we haven't been committed to a rubber room.  Who could ever forget the time at the bar in Corona.  Whenever I think about that one I just roll on the floor with laughter.  And I still have the picture of Mike the next morning at Tom's Farm.  Gosh he looked bad.  ROFL

Oh well, another busy day on tap for me here.  But I get to meet my honey at the mall after work and he's taking me out to dinner.  What a sweetie he can be sometimes and then there are the other 364 days in the year.  Don't tell him I said that. LOL

OK, work time.  Hope everyone has a great day.  Nasty weather down here in So Cal, but kind of a nice change from that horrible heat we've had.  Later all.  Enjoy life.

Good Morning,

   I got to stay home this morning, which I was so happy about. I just hope I don't have to go back in for 3pm.  I'm currently enjoying myself being lazy on the couch and i would love to do this all day. It is nice out, and there are big huge clouds going over. Looks like it could even rain. Now that would be nice.
   My weight remains the same, which I'm happy about. I have been kinda lazy on the exercise front. I hope you all have a fabulous day.

Ive had a sore throat and runny nose since my surgery in June, LOL Just never went away, odd how that happens, Today is hubbys friday at work its been a long work week for him and me too! LOL The scale has finally moved 4 pound loss for me yay!!!
