The scale is not moving????

I have my surgery on 9/30 nad have been on pre-op diet for about a week, but it doesn't seem like I have lost any weight?  I have two shakes a day, usually a big salad with chicken on it at night. I somtimes also have low fat mozerralla sticks, hard boiled eggs in between.  Not usre why I'm not losing weight.

Don't worry you will.  Just stick to what you are doing and you will loose.  Sometimes it just takes a while to get started.  Also be sure to keep moving so your metabalism does not slow down.

Stick to what your doing, make sure you weigh &  measure your food so you know how much you are eating and you will loose. I was the same weight you are right now and have lost 30 lbs in 2 months...

I agree with everyone else keep doing what you are doing.  Also make sure you are getting a lot of water in & walk, walk, walk..   I find for me exercises is the major key.   The water will help flush out your system :).

Doesn't look like, you gained any weight from IV fluids. I gained about 9 lbs, and it has been slowly coming off.

no, I didn't gain any weight.  I couldn't resist and got on the scale this morning.  I was shocked at the scale 12lbs down..  It can't be right, but hey I'm going to go with it.

Give it more time. Weigh and measure your food, as well as log your food on an online tracking log. Mozarella cheese and all cheese are high in sodium and contribute to water retention. Keep your water intake to at least 64 ounces/day.
