It is Wednesday right? LOL Now this is not a judgment post just a post to track our losses, maintaining or gaining. We are here to celebrate and give encouragement when needed. We are all at different phases of our journey. We are here for each other.

With that said I stayed the same. I think I have leveled off.

Who is next?

Hi Elizabeth,

Good for you that you have leveled off.

I too thought that I had leveled off.  Huh!!  My scale did move, but in the wrong direction.  It seems as though I gained 5 lbs.   (snif, snif).  Just kidding on the sniffing part.

I have picked up some old bad habits and am having to train myself again mentally that (I should not be eating these things).  Major stress and babysitting grown ass adults at work does not help.  I was a stress eater.  Just need to work on some things and I hate this hot weather, I absolutley refuse to go out walking.

OK, who else has WWW to report?  I will post the total on Friday.

Dr. Swartz told me that at about a year we level off and then put a few back on. So I guess we do! I hate babysitting grown ass adults. I know I am a stress eater too. I still have problems with certain foods and I am happy about that, even though I know it will not last forever! I agree it is to hot to go out and walk! TTYS!

Hi Elizabeth!  Just walking by and wanted to say 'HI'!!  I, too, have been maintaining the same 4 lbs, going on about 8 mos now. Decided my body really likes it at this weight; anything lower and it's a struggle to stay there.  Easy to fall back into old habits; have to watch it when I'm under stress from work, deadlines and such.  But, boy, is it easier to catch it at 2-3 lbs than 10 or 20!  I hope you are doing better; I heard surgry was on the agenda?  Lon's knee surgery has been put off until October, at the earliest; something to do with insurance decisions or some such.
Hope you continue to keep in good health, in spite of the surgery...you always look fabulous!
Hugs

So good to hear from you Nancy. I will email you later! Thanks for the compliment! I am going to buy a black ****tail dress from Macy's to have my after pictures taken in. I think I will also have my hair done. No place to get the make done since Gottchalks closed.
