I am not from the San Deigo area but I sure love it there. We lived there when we first got married. Are you new to the board? If so welcome to the Cali Board. I hope you stick around and we get to know you better.

Cool.  We even have the same surgeon Dr. Mueller.  Wow 6 yrs.  Does it get better as far as eating?  I still can't eat chicken or at least I stay away from it mostly for most times I eat it my stomach doesn't agree with it.

Yes it does get easier and better.

Eventually you eat pretty "normal". Steak, chicken, eggs no longer become a problem, but it does become harder to obstain from the bad things.

Maintenance is where the work really begins.

So has any of you attended the exercise classes?  I have never went for I ended up signing up for the gym and go 2-3 times a week.  Lately I haven't been going trying to slow down my weight loss.  I am happy where I am at now but the weight keeps coming off.

Kinda here....I work in SD and live in Hemet.  Raised in SD, so it is very dear to my heart.  Glad I had my surgery!
