medi-cal or healthnet

so long story short i have 2 diff forms of insurance one is helthnet hmo open access through my employer ...the other is just straight medi-cal.... my question is which do you think would be easir to get an approval from and have a faster turnaround time. i don't know abt any of the requirements that medi-cal has so any info is appreciated. a lil abt myself 32 yrs old, 5'2.5 inches, 219 lbs....bmi 40... please help i have a dr.ds appt tomorrow with pcp and another appt on wednesday with a surgeon that accepts medical and can assist me with a pcp
