Happy Thursday California!

Good morning everyone! The heat is turning off here in S Cali... thank goodness.  At least that is what our weather people are saying that the temp is going to start dropping.  Heat index has been terrible along with air quality (those whose allergies have been acting up this is the reason).

Today is my weight in day.... ta da... I broke barrier of 50 to go!  That's right I now am at 69 pounds down and 49 pounds to lose!  I am so jazzed.

Kinda  quiet day today for work... a few deliveries to make around noon, phone calling tonight and this morning... general house cleaning for the office today and set up for tomorrow morning's appointment - trying some new glamour colors for a client for an upcoming military ball she will be attending.  Should be an absolute blast.

Good Morning Kathleen.....

I woke up late today and went and got the Jeep washed and vaccumed really good. Mostly so Stpeh has a place to put her feet. I had so many empty bottles of water in there is was not even funny.

I am to run 6 miles tonight, we will see if it ever cools off, its been so hot that just thinking about it make me sweet. LOL

I know what you mean.. yesterday at noon here it was 106 and humidity was around 50%... ugh.  Makes you want to hide inside for sure.

I hope you and Steph have a fab time... how long are you guys going for.. the weekend or longer?

I haven't been to Laughlin in years!  Like, 15 or so.

WOW, you cleaned the car for me.  And here I thought I was just going to have to grab hold of some part of the vehicle as it zoomed past my house and hold on for dear life until you finally stopped in Laughlin.  WOW, you are actually going to stop and give me the time to actually get in the vehicle and sit all the way there.  OMG, you are the best.  I love ya, Lu.

Mike knows I'd leave him in a second for Luana.  LOL  Thanks for the good wishes.  The two of us seem to have a good time even if we do nothing, but I'm thinking we have a few fun things planned for this weekend.  Ahhhhh, just some fun in the sun and a whole lot of sunscreen.

Thank you... It is hard to believe that I am at the same weight I was when they finally removed my band in Dec 2007... So good to be here and know that it is just a moment in time, and then it will pass down to lower numbers. lol!

Glad to see your surgery went well Elizabeth.  Even better that you are home the same day.  Now just rest and heal.  Your grandbabies need a healthy grandma.
