Time to celebrate August with fellow "losers"

Who:   Pre-op, post-op no-op, anyone who wants friendship and
         camaraderie while on their weight loss journey and/or
         maintaining their weight loss. This isn't a formal
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.

When: Sat. Aug 21st- 12:00 p.m.

Where: Coco's Restaurant Concord, CA (Back in the Sunroom)
          4391 Treat Blvd.

Don't forget our clothing exchange, feel free to bring things you have "under grown" out of!

Please let me know if you'll be joining us so that I can tell Coco's how many folks to plan on.

I'm really looking forward to this! Please add my friend Kristin to the list. She's never been but would like to join us. Her surgery is in a few weeks. Also, I expect that Bonnie will want to come as well. She's out of town but I'll check in with her. :)

So glad you'll be able to join us. I don't get to stay long as I have to go to a shower in San Jose, but I'll at least get to give everyone a hug and stay about 1/2 hr. Can't wait to meet Kristen and tell Bonnie we hope she'll come too.
