Good Morning Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1.  Health.  my RNY has given me so much energy and strength, no longer gasping for air after physical activity.

2.  Happiness.  I am loving life and all the gifts I have.

3.  Determination.  I had regained about 5 lbs and they are gone, and I am moving the scale down again.  Protein is key for me, and less starchy carbs.  Working in the garden is helping too.

Today I am thankful for. . .

A fun day at the luau yesterday. (I even did the limbo)

A beautiful day weather wise yesterday.

Time with good friends.

I am Thankful today that my surgery went well this past Wednesday, that I am on my way to losing this weight.. and I am feeling pretty good :0)

Great quote. I did not do something today that used to be an old habit, even though I wanted the crappy fatty comfort food, I convinced myself it ran contrary to who I want to be.

Today I am thankful for....

1. Having medical insurance so going to the doctor is available and affordable for me
2. I kind supportive husband
3. A warm house to live in
4. Making a very good decision today that didn't see me revert back to habits that make me unhealthy and hating myself.
