Unjury protein

I recently ordered the starter kit from unjury and now I'm a little stuck on what to do with the unflavored packets. I wasn't sure if I can just put them in a bottle of water or into mash potatoes. What happens with the consistency of the mash?

I tried the strawberry sorbet but I don't think blending it was a good idea nor was putting a banana in it. I was hoping for strawberry banana type smoothy. It was way to foamy.

Okay blah blah i am done rambling..lol help with the unflavored would be great.
Thanks

Hi!
you can put it in water with crystal light, protein shakes, as for warm stuff they say to make sure its under a certian temp due to it clumping or something but plently of people add it to whatever their eating.

Oooh I didn't think to the mix it to crystal light and water...I will have to try that tomorrow then.

Had to try a new protein mix. I have been using one from walmart and I am getting tired of it. Need to mix it up..

Thanks again!

I used the unflavored by the tablespoonful to add protein to pureed soups, etc. Most soups only have about 6 grams of protein, so adding 16 grams (two tablespoons) really helps. Heat the soup and then add the Unjury. Make sure it's not too hot or the protein will clump and be NASTY!!!

Good luck!

I love putting it in jello or pudding. You should have gotten some "how to use" receipt with it. They give you some great ideas.

I use the unflavored Unjury in two ways....one is cut down the sweetness of chocolate and vanilla shakes I make because those protein powders are over-sweetened for my taste.  The other main use it to mix it in low carb soups.  The carbs stay nice and low but it adds a lot of protein bang for the buck when trying to get up to 70 g.
