August Nor Cal "Losers" Luncheon & Clothing Exchange

Time to celebrate August with fellow "losers" 

Who:   Pre-op, post-op no-op, anyone who wants friendship and 
         camaraderie while on their weight loss journey and/or  
         maintaining their weight loss. This isn't a formal 
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support  
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.
              
When:  Sat. Aug 21st- 12:00 p.m.

I am still going to try and come. I haven't been able to get on BART yet, but I'm hoping to learn next week. I do have a question, if I get off at the Concord Station, how do I get to Coco's from there? One of my fellow students gave me a timetable from 2009, I hope its still good. I guess I catch it at the El Cerrito plaza and transfer at MacArthur. Still a bit confusing for this So-Cal transplant, lol. Looking forward to meeting all the wonderful people up here, that I can now call neighbors and soon friends!

We sure do hope you can make it.  Bart is a great way to get around and enjoyable too.

Get off at the Pleasant Hill or Concord stations and I would be happy to pick you up.  I won't be able to take you back this time because I can only stay at the luncheon for about 20 minutes as I have to be in San Jose for my cousin's shower that day.  I am sure someone could drop you back off though as there are folks going to the freeway and generally go right past there.
