Weekly weight loss totals

 Hi Everyone,

Well this week we had a total weight loss of 12 lbs.

Last week there was not a post.  Elizabeth is quite busy with some personal issues and also getting ready for surgery on the 19.  I myself am emotionally drained from work I have not been putting in the time I used to on my computer at home.  Even farming on FB is lacking - LOL

The WWW post can be posted by anyone, so please feel free to start the post if you like.  The job does not belong to any one person.

Wee seem to have a bunch of new people again getting ready or just had their surgery.  Welcome on board everyone and best of luck with your surgeries / journey.
