Nor Cal Get Together for July, NEXT SATURDAY!!!

Time to celebrate July with fellow "losers" 

          POOL PARTY and POTLUCK 

Who:   Anyone who wants friendship and camaraderie while on their weight  
         loss journey and/or maintaining their weight loss.  This isn't a formal 
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support  
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.
              
When:  Sat. July 17th- 12:00 p.m. 

Where:  Rachel's Parent's House in Martinez      

For particulars including address and to let us know what you will bring for the potluck, please send either Barb (newbarb2) or Rachel (rachelynka) a PM.

Please let us know if you'll be joining us so that we can tell Rachel's parents how many folks to plan on.

Lon and I will have to miss this one...carving club conflict :-( We're not actually camping but promised we'd make the bbq and business meeting on Saturday.

Hi Barb,

I don't think I'll be able to make it on Saturday.  :(  Also, Bonnie is going to be in LA and sends her regrets.  I haven't heard anything from my plus 2 so I assume they're not interested.  If something changes, I will try to come.

I'm not going to let anything get in the way of the August meeting!
