It is that day of the week again:   Wacky Weigh In Wednesday!

Play along if you wish.   Remember this is not a time for judgments, it is just tracking our losses, gains, or maintaining the same. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. We just love to give encouragement and congratulations here.

I am pleased to report a 5 lbs. weight loss this week! Hope you all have a fantastic Wednesday.

Linda

Good Morning Linda,

I am the same this week. Which is good. I'm not sure what is harder, losing the weight or maintaining. Hope everyone has a fabulous day

Hi Everyone,

Well back from vacation and between the 2 scales in New Mexico and my scale at home which is the one I trust I am happy to report a 4 lb. loss this week.

I hope to get back on the boards more often but need to play catch up at the office and home first.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday.

Thanks for posting Linda.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.
