Anyone here from Norther CA-Shasta to be exact...

My surgeon was in SF, but I live on Lake Shasta so I don't have access to a physical support group from my DR up here.  I was wondering if there is anyone nearby.  Thanks for reading!

Howdy!  The infamous MoMo here (also know as Maureen in my formal life).  I live here in town by Costco and had my surgery 9/08.  I've lost 155 pounds and am living and loving life!  I've been abalone diving, dirt bike riding, quad riding, I can hike and hunt like crazy and our newest passion is riding our matching Harleys with my hubby.

I need support as much as you do!  I've gained 15# and am now in the process of losing it.  One of my good friends had her surgery 7 years ago and lost 101# and kept every bit of it off!  She helps me out, and passes on good info to me.
