July Nor Cal Losers Get Together

Time to celebrate July with fellow "losers" 

          POOL PARTY abd POTLUCK 

Who:   Anyone who wants friendship and camaraderie while on their weight  
         loss journey and/or maintaining their weight loss.  This isn't a formal 
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support  
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.
              
When:  Sat. July 17th- 12:00 p.m. 

Where:  Rachel's Parent's House in Martinez      

For particulars including address and to let us know what you will bring for the potluck, please send either Barb (newbarb2) or Rachel (rachelynka) a PM.

Please let us know if you'll be joining us so that we can tell Rachel's parents how many folks to plan on.

Well a TT is in order on the 16th of this month, and my dad is having problems with some mental issues, he is getting up there, so I can't say for sure, but you are on the list for us to see.....soon as we can.
