Kaiser in San Francisco Bay Area

Hello All!!

I was just wondering if anyone on here has had any WLS at Kaiser South San Francisco. I'm heading up there this morning to meet my surgeon, Dr. Ramzi Alami. I'm curious to know if anyone has been to him or any of the other surgeons there.

Any and all responses, suggestions, hoorahs, etc are welcome :0)

All the dr's at kaiser ssf are just wonderful!!  They all care and it is a great bariatric dept.  Good luck to you!!

Hi i have Dr. Alami as well,  yesterday was my first meeting with him.  He seemed very busy.  he was 20 minutes late for my appointment.  answered his pager twice and made 2 phone calls while in the room with me.  also left the room 2 times to help other patients.  i was a little put off by this but then decided it was all about patient care.  he was trying his best.  and he gave me a surgery date....what could be better.  as long as i get more focus out of himn in the OR i will be happy.  All staff at ssf are very nice and quick to respond.  the entire process has only taken me 7 weeks from orientation to surgery date.
