Thanks Elizabeth for posting on Smurf Smurf

Best Wishes Smurf on a speedy recovery.  The sipping will get much easier.  Don't do too much of anything, you will be tired for a while.  Get your rest and sip, sip, sip and do some walking every now and then throughout the day to help move the gas.

Welcome to the losers bench.

Susan,
Glad to hear your surgery went well. I bet you can't wait to get back into your own bed and get that much needed sleep. Hope you have a peaceful night!

Welcome home Smurf!  Take care of yourself and keep the liquid sipping.  I hated those clear Isopures...I had to do the shakes instead but do whatcha gotta do.  You're on your way!

So happy to hear you are home. It is so much better then being in the hospital. Take it one day at a time, don't over do anything. Sip, walk, and get some rest. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
