WOW! I haven't been here in so long

 Hi everyone,

My name is Kim and I had gastric bypass in 2004 with Dr. Ali. My highest weight was 370ish, I was 320 I believe when I had surgery and now I weigh about 180, depending on the day!

I am just popping in to say Hi. My experience has been wonderful. I have kept my weight off for 6 years. I have had plastic surgery for a tummy tuck and arm lift. I am actually having the arm lift revised and a back skin type lift this Friday with Dr. Kent in Orange.

All of you who are in the beginning phases and having a hard time, I understand, I was there. Keep your eye on the prize.

Thanks Kim.... I love hearing positive stories and all... i'm very nervous... not so much for the surgery right now, but for afterwards and the eating process... Hearing positive stories and words of encouragement help motivate and get my mind thinking the way it should be! (not with negative thoughts and feelings)
