Good Morning Calif.....

So today is monday and most of you are having to go back to work. Only 12 more working hours for me, and then I am off two day. YEAH!!! Wednesday is my birthday, and I am thinking of doing nothing, now if I could just get my sister out of the house, or just off the couch, I could enjoy my day of doing nothig. A real gift to my self. I am thinking of going golf frist thing, I have not been in a little over a year, so that should be fun. I need to get up early tomorrow, and head over my friends house, we are going to run 5 miles then I would like to come home and relax around the pool. I will see what happens.

Eileen...welcome back Did you get to spend time with your dad yesterday, or did he leave before that? Sounds like you did have a great visit. You just need to move closer so they can come over more offten and help out around the place.

Steph.....Let talk about D-Land after our trip. That way I will know better what money's I have. Right now, I am just look forward to a weekend away. We should have made it for July. LOL It seems so far away right now.

Good Morning! Happy birthday early LU! I have a doctor appointment in Modesto this morning. I am having a check up on my shoulders. I have been awake since 2:30. I woke up thinking about my Mother and sister and worring about getting my Mother into her own place by the 1st. I know worrying does not help anything but I could not shut off my brain! I will get to take a good nap today at least.

Today brings work and an appreciation breakfast to attend.  Them I am off tomorrow for a "management day" that I had to take before June 30th.  Works for me!  LOL

I have two full days of employee promotional testing (4 testing sessions) which means I will be grading tests at home too.  I don't mind doing it at home because I don't have the interruptions that I do when I'm at work.

So that's the week in a nut shell!    OH, we also have our Nor Cal Losers luncheon this coming Sat. Whoo hoo!!!

Today i start my liquid diet, yummy, LOL hubbys last day of work for the week is today yay! surgery is wed, its going to be quite a week!!!

I missed saying good morning so I'll just say good afternoon.  At least I made it here.  Been a busy morning for me at work, but it's lunchtime now so I'm taking a break.

Not much doing here.  Getting ready for our upcoming trip.  Trying to decide what clothes to take.  I want to make it minimal because I only want to take carry on luggage.  So I really have to be precise with what I am bringing.  I've decided not to bring my hair dryer.  I will buy one when I get there and then leave it at Mike's mom's house for the next time we visit.  Will probably do that with all the toiletries as well.  Just buy some stuff when we get there and leave it all in the upstairs bathroom that no one uses.

So, Lu, it's fine with me to wait to go to Disney.  We can go on a day once the kids are all back in school.  Maybe a Tuesday or Wednesday.  Anytime as long as it's before January 1st.  Of course that is assuming I still have a job.  The whispering around here is that someone is getting laid off and no one is sure who it is going to be.  It's making for a very tense environment here.  But I guess all we can do is wait and see.  I'm not going to get upset over something I can't control.

Oh well, that's about it for me today.  Going to finish up my lunch and see what other trouble I can get myself into. LOL  Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
