Yesterday we had a great time at coffee. And really can't wait until we have our dinner. which will be in july, and EVERYONE is invited. So INK you calandars. More info to follow in a few days so watch for Stephine post about it.

So I went and started my tattoo. Its really nice looking right now, but no color right. I will get the color in two weeks. I want the colors to be bright and fun. The tat has my family flowers (so there are 7 flower) and that are wrapped around a waterfall. There also two dove, flying away, for mom and dad.

OK I need to eat something now, cause my belly is yelling at me. LOL

What are you going to do today? I am going to BBQ ribs today and I can't wait.

I got up early and went to the gym....4th time in 6 days. I am determined to spend the summer getting healthy and taking off this weight I"ve gained!

Tonight's dinner is Thai food....cold soba salad and red curry chicken.....thank God for Trader Joes!!

Good morning Lu and all of Cali,

What a beautiful Sunday it is.  We had a wonderful day yesterday.  Coffee in the morning. It was so great to see you, Lu.  We just don't see each other enough and I don't know why.  Well I sort of do because of your crazy work schedule, but we should try to work around that.  I'm so glad we all decided to have a dinner in July.  As Lu said everyone, we really want you all to join us.  So come on....watch for my post later in the week.  Last night we went over to a friends for dinner and had a lovely visit.  They have such a warm and welcoming home and it was just a perfect evening for sitting out in the backyard

Lu, I was thinking, as we discussed yesterday, it's been almost a year since we went to Vegas.  I know I said I don't like Laughlin, but I was thinking about it and I haven't gone to Laughlin with you, so mabe we should do that.  Maybe August or September?  Look at your schedule and let me know what weekends you have off.  Maybe we could do like we did last year and go Saturday thru Monday.  But you check your schedules and I'll see what I can find us.  Laughlin will certainly be less expensive for us then Vegas.

Today there is not much planned here.  I'm doing some laundry, finally.  I had no choice really.  It was either do laundry or have no underwear and honestly, I just can't do the commando thing.  Yuck.  Mike went on an early morning bike ride and he should be home shortly.  He'll probably be ready for a nap.  I have some mellons to cut up so I think I'll go do that now.  Everyone enjoy this beautiful day.

Laughlin would be a blassed with me. Trust me  I think Either month would be great with me. Both are going to hot, and if we go like arrive on Sunday and leave on Tuesday, we could hang at the pool with out the young drunks. Although they are so much fun to watch. LOL

I cooked some shimp like Lady D told me, and OMG!! I loved every bite. YUM!! Right now, I have the BBQ light and I will the ribs on in a bit. They are so good and I can't wait for dinner.

OK time to check BBQ and see how its going.

Hey Lu,

Give me your schedules for August and September.  I don't have alot of vacation time left after our trip to Boston.  I may have only a day or two left until the end of the year, so let's see what you have off and then we'll start looking and making decisions.

As for avoiding the young drunks at the pool by going Sunday to Tuesday, well I don't mind the drunks.  As you said they can be fun to watch.  I do mind kids though but I know one of the hotels has an adults only pool, so I'm going to look for that one.
