I got in 45 mins on the hotel treadmill this morning (cardio program). I am building up my stamina for the weight machines. I want to tone my arms next.

That is great. I was teased today about my "wings", I told him (not my DH, my best friends DH) anyway I told him at my age I am going to start to wrinkle anyway so I am not upset about it. LOL

I am back up in Napa, off and on until August. I will be going down south this weekend too! I was home for two months and now I will be gone off and on for two months! Yikes

I hear Napa is beautiful! They have some great spas there, maybe you can work in a facial or somthing. Have fun. (I know!)
