Good Morning Calif.......

Welcome this wonderful Monday morning with a smile.

So I went to ugent care last night, in pain. I have something stuck in my throat. But then done nothing. Why!! well, because ENT doesn't work on the weekends. WTF. So I spent the night in pain, only able to drink water, which HURT to swallow. It sucked!!!!

ENT will call me today to let me know when I should come in. Then I will need a driver. Like I have one tucked under my arm. If early enough, I can get my sister to help. but after 2 I am screwed. I would call my friend Cyndi, but she had her phone shut off, because she only wants a cell phone, which she don't have yet. WTF?  And since my cell phone is dead, I can't call any one. LOL

OK I am off to work and I hear from ENT. No reason to sit here and wait. Right?

I am tired from the weekend, we were up early and working in the backyard but everything is coming along so nice.

I'm sorry your throat is hurting.  Were you running on it?  OK, bad joke.  Just trying to lighten up the moment.  You make sure you get to the doctor today and get it taken care of.  If I didn't have to go to a client, I'd come get you and take you.  But I'm stuck today until about noon.  If it's after that, give me a call and I'll come.  Of course I just realized you aren't going to see this post.  I hope you charged your phone, because I'm gonna text you in a few.

Anyway, we had a nice weekend.  My son came and took furniture for his apartment now that he and the girlfriend have broken up.  He had most of what he needed, but didn't have a couch.  So he took my extra couch and a coffee table and a couple of lamps and some other odds and ends.  He's such a good kid.  I just love him to pieces.

Went to a party Saturday night and had a lovely time.  Then yesterday Mike and I were truly slugs.  We did absolutely nothing.  I didn't even get the laundry done that I planned on doing.  We had some breakfast, took a nap, had some lunch, watched a little TV, took another nap, had some dinner, watched a little more TV and it was time for bed.  LOL  What a productive day.  But sometimes you just need a day like that.

Oh well, I need to get my butt in gear.  I have to be at a client's at 9AM.  Feel better Lu and I'll see you Saturday if not before.  Hope everyone has a great day.

I hope they can help you today. Maybe you should have gone to the ER. That is scary! Keep us posted.

My plans for today is to finish unpacking from our vacation and doing the laundry. We had such a nice time.
