I'm back

Well we got back today. I am really proud of myself, if I say so myself! We usually buy so much junk to eat and we eat and eat and eat some more! I stuck to my routine and feel great. There was one time when I was sitting on the couch in the cottage that I thought I am supposed to be eating cookies and I am so glad that I am not able too! I did not excerise though. We were way up in the mountains and the road is very narrow and windy and my DH really did not want me walking the road by myself. We got a lot of rain the first couple of days. My younger son and his girl friend met us up there and we got to know her some more. We really like her. They are getting very serious. We had a wonderful trip.

You know I got so much support and advice when I had my surgery that I want to pass it on to others. I really enjoy the OH site and getting to know you and all of the others. I almost quit once but I decided to just focus on the Cali Board and stay off the Main Board. I am very happy that I did that. I still love to hear from friends I have made that live in other states though. I think this site is amazing. I was really resistant to learning how to use the computer, but I am glad I did because look what all I would be missing now!
