Did you move to lose today?

I walked 3 1/4 miles today. I was going to try and walk 5 but I got tired and called my DH to come and pick me up. It is funny one day I feel like I have all the energy in the world and the next day I am so tired. I did stay up until 1 a.m. playing solitaire though. LOL  Well I need to hit the shower and take a nap. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

I did 3.22 miles on a treadmill.  I seem to have hit a brick wall as far as weight loss.  I haven't budged from 221 in the month of May.  Even when we went on a cruise, I kept my weight stable.  I exercise almost daily.  I journal everything I eat on the Lap Band web site to keep track of calories, fat, carbs and protein.  I don't understand why I haven't continued to lose.

Don't give up. It will start again. Sometimes our bodies just need to play catch up. Try switching what you eat at different times of day. Like eat dinner for breakfast, breakfast for dinner. I read an article about that. Good Luck and hang in there!

Thanks.  I will try to be more aware of my portions as well.  I have a hard time determining if I eat fewer calories than I burn.  I use the tools on Lap Band.com and hope they are accurate.
