Did you move to lose today?

I walked 5 miles today. I am proud of myself. I say a co-worker out delivering mail today. It was so nice to see him and get caught up with his families doings. He has a "Postal Family." His father retired a couple of years before I did and his brother and sister-in-law are both carriers. Hence "Postal Family". I love running into old friends.
