FINALLY!!!!
ONEDERLAND!!! I did it! I haven't been in here on this site in awhile though. Been busy with work, family, life, exercising, just doing it. And I was getting super-frustrated because I had been stuck at 203-204 for 2 weeks. But it also was hard to eat during that time. I went through that phase again where I was hungry but didn't want to eat anything and I kind of tapered off from cooking anything. Was just grabbing stuff (healthy stuff!) that I could eat on the go. BUt now that I have started to exercise, my hunger is different and needs to be satisfied.
The last time I was under 200lbs was 20 years ago, when I was sick with pneumonia and the measles and had just gotten out of the hospital. Difference then was that I put the weight back on. Not this time. I just can't believe the changes in my body. I have lots of skin uner my arms that need work, and inside of my thighs. My stomach still looks the same to me (FAT) just smaller, but I still have the rolls. Yuk. My size 14 jeans that I just bought about a month ago are too big. Bought a size 16 swim suit off the rack in a Big 5 sports store the other day for my swim workouts. Haven't been able to do that in I don't know how long. I am not dreading bathing suit season, (although the weather here in Nor Cal is not being swimsuit friendly at all). My husband has lost 30lbs and is devoted to Crossfit and is starting to look pretty good. All the changes that have happened in my home are incredible. I've just started to feel fairly normal in the past few weeks, where I'm not so tired all the time and have energy to exercise. I guess my body and mind are finally on the same page. I know I could have written this in a blog, but I wanted to brag about finally being in ONEDERLAND!!! I just can't believe it.
Have a good day everyone and a great weekend!
