Did you move to lose today?
I was a good girl today. I walked for about an hour and 20 minutes. I met a friend that lives a few blocks away and we walked. It was so nice. It is sure more fun to walk with someone else. We are going to try for 3 days a week. She had a stint put in her heart a couple of weeks ago and needs to get out there and exercise too!
It was a big strugle today for me. Didn't want to go, I want to go to the Mall and look around. Ask a friend at work to motivate me and she said " you might eat something bad this weekend, like ice cream. I thought about it and just went to the gym. 20 min Stairs and some weights. I am happy.

You know it. I came home and put my steak to marinade and jumped on the treadmill for a 21 minute mile. I was sweating up a storm, only because the treadmill is in my garage.
I am trying to do a mile everynight and 10 mins on a recumberant bike as well. No exercise last night and no bike tonight. Back is still hurting a bit but I had to get my move on or I become very lazy.
Great job Elizabeth getting out there and motivating you neighbor as well.
