Terrific Thursday Totals (TTT)

Hi Everyone,

I am steeling a few minutes from my job to post this.

WE ROCK!!!!

This week we had a total loss of 20.7 lbs.  WOW WEE!!!


We are all doing an awsome job at taking the weight off and getting to our new healty lives.  Not only is our body changing, but look at the difference in your face.  Can you see your collar bones yet.  How about your hip bones, can you feel them?

I was shocked to feel my ribs and sternum.  LOL 

Heck, not too long ago I gave a dirty look to someone in the mirror looking at me that I did not recognize.  LOL   Guess what?  It was me!!!  I cracked myself up for about 15 minutes when I realized what I just did.

My husband teases me that when he puts his arm around my shoulder he can feel bones now! I have bones where I forgot I had bones! LOL
