why can't I do this?

My new pic is uploaded, sized and ready to go but I can't get it to show in my profile. What am I doing wrong? I have no idea how the old one got there, I just started clicking and dragging. I need simple step by step instructions. Thanks for your help!

Make sure you have pic the pic into a JPG file that is no bigger than 100x100.  Then upload the file.  If it does not upload, it may be that there is an issue with the OH website.  I know in the past I've tried to upload a pic but it didn't work and it wasn't something I had done, their server was on overload.  if you still can't get it to upload, let me know with a PM and I would be happy to assist.
