3 Years Ago Today I had my RNY
I honestly can't believe it has been three years since my WLS...the first day of the rest of my new life. With the weightloss came many new challenges...loss of freindships, gaining new ones, struggles in my marriage, but all in all...I would do it all over again. I initially weighed in at 239 lbs and currently weighing 125 lbs. I work out daily without fail. I enjoy but have completely different relationship with it now. I don't live to eat and I eat to live. My motto is.."nothing tastes as good as thin feels". I am so grateful to have had the priveledge of having this life saving surgery.
Thank you to all of my OH family that helped get through the rough spots..fighting to have the surgery and getting me through after.
Love to you all,
Heather

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!
We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they
ALL exist very nicely in the same box.
