Well lets see...

Do you know what your "T" value is for your bone density? It is important.
Do you know your Vitamin  D level? It is important.
Do you know your iron level? It is important.
Do you know your calcium level? It is important.
Do you know your cholesterol level is? It is important

Post what you know so we can discuss it. I am 7 years out and still learning...how about you?

With the OH conferance coming up, these are questions that need answers as they apply to you and your weight loss.  Do yourselves a big favor and ask these of a professional. Their answers might just suprise you.

Just so you know I feel great, I hike, travel, enjoy life......but I now have issues that could have been avoided. Ask the questions!

I am currently in the process of putting my labs into an easily readable spreadsheet so I'll be getting back to you on this real soon!!

I never thought about putting them into a spread sheet.  I only have a couple of copies of my labs since surgery.  Not sure if I will follow in your footsteps and put into a spreadsheet or just scan them into my computer.  Either way should work for me.

Well, I was going to post my numbers, however I can't find my labs at the moment - LOL

They must be in that large pile of items to be filed in my garage.  With any luck I will get to them this weekend.

I know that my vitamin D, iron, calcium and cholesterol are all good without looking at the labs.  I have no clue what "T" value is and this is the first time I have heard of this.  Hummmm, I will ask my PCP on Monday when I have my appointment with her.

I like Ms. Shell will get back to you on this when I find the labs.
